Introduction You will join ASML’s Customer Support organization in Veldhoven, the Netherlands. The Engineering Programs & Processes team helps service engineers work more consistently and effectively worldwide. This internship supports clearer structures, stronger governance, and better communication. You will contribute to processes that keep highly advanced systems running reliably for customers. This internship offers hands-on experience in a complex, high-tech environment with real operational impact. Your assignment: In this internship you support the team that designs and improves global engineering processes. You will work closely with experienced project leads and subject matter experts. Your focus is to turn complex workflows into clear, usable, and consistent ways of working. Your main responsibilities will be: Analyze existing engineering workflows, governance models, and communication practices. Identify gaps, overlaps, and inefficiencies in processes and documentation.
