Engineer- Reliability As an Engineer (Supportability) – Reliability, you will apply engineering principles to develop reliability models, support system optimisation, and contribute to Integrated Logistics Support activities across the full engineering lifecycle. You will work independently while building deeper technical capability, producing high‑quality analysis and documentation that strengthens mission‑critical defence systems. - Drive Reliability Insights by modelling system performance, predicting failures and shaping support system design. - Strengthen Mission Capability through rigorous analysis across FMECA, RCM, FRACAS and broader ILS activities. - Grow as a Technical Leader while contributing to reviews, documentation, risk assessments and continuous improvement initiatives. About You: You are an emerging engineering professional who is ready to deepen your expertise in reliability, maintainability and testability within complex defence programs.
