Your Impact StrangeLove exists to make impossibly good drinks possible. As our Innovation Specialist, you’ll spark creativity through your knowledge and use of flavour, directly shaping the kind of beverages that turn heads, raise eyebrows, and most importantly, delight taste buds. Key Responsibilities: This role will challenge convention, turning concepts into the most delicious drinks on the market. Alongside our team, you’ll guide this process from start to finish. - Application of your technical know-how in product formulation and taste delivery to develop recipes that delight consumers - Optimise beverage formulations to leverage ingredients and production capabilities while ensuring product quality throughout shelf life - Own technical data, including Hamilton Grant, and create co-pack specifications and other required documentation - Collaborate with Asahi Beverage teams (Liquid Development, Artwork, Packaging, Microbiology, Regulatory, and Quality) to ensure compliance with all internal and external regulatory standards - Lead flavour experimentation through hands-on development work and detailed logging of sensory tastings.
