Director of Literacy Intervention Job Summary The Director of Literacy Intervention role is an integral part of the Academics team, ensuring seamless administration of literacy assessments and responsive data cycles to accelerate literacy achievement. The starting salary range for this role is $113,839-$125,821. This is a full-time, occasional flexibility role based at KIPP DC campuses with an anticipated immediate start date.
