Billing Analyst – LATAM: The Billing Analyst is responsible for end-to-end activities related to service contracts (maintenance, cash, and charge) across LATAM countries. This role ensures accurate contract and equipment data management, compliant invoicing, and timely revenue recognition, while serving as the single point of contact for customers regarding service agreements and maintenance billing. The position works closely with Service Sales, Service Delivery teams, and outsourced operations, ensuring full compliance with NCR Voyix policies, guidelines, and audit requirements.
