Food Safety : P roduce products following food safety practices and procedures and meets product specification for proper quality prior to shipment, and report deficiencies to management. Product: Ensure bread and pastry production areas meet sanitary conditions, conducive to processing safe products. Summary : A Sanitation Team Member will carry out the sanitary restoration procedures on designated equipment and services for which they have received specialized training. This person will use equipment and industrial sanitizers to bring equipment back to an FDA-compliant degree of cleanliness, this to be done with a primary focus on safety.
