This is a new program and this position will be responsible for starting and building the program. This position will supervise employees and work directly with horses and persons receiving equine assisted therapy. The ideal candidate has substantial experience with horses, is dependable and reliable, and is committed to building the program over the long-term. The ideal candidate is further someone dedicated to living a sober lifestyle and promoting positive mental health and well-being. The person hired for this position must obtain Equine Assisted Wellness (EAW) certification.
