ADP is hiring a Lead Technical Product Manager We’re hiring a Lead Technical Product Manager to join the team working on ADP’s next-generation SMB HCM/Payroll platform. You’ll join a growing team of PMs, designers, and engineers, and data scientists combining emerging technologies with ADP’s industry leading HCM expertise to develop first-of-their-kind products in payroll, HR, time, benefits, and compliance. We’re looking for someone comfortable with ambiguity, rapid change, and hard constraints: every decision needs to hold up under real-world scale and desirability. You’ll work across technical, business, and design partners to clarify messy requirements, shape roadmap priorities, and build first-of-their-kind HCM products.
