Design, co ‑ create and deliver Lifeblood’s end ‑ to ‑ end Multicultural Program and embed inclusive practices across our organisation Permanent, full-time position with salary between 180k-226k + super + salary packaging Flexible location with hybrid working: Discover life-giving possibilities: We are seeking an experienced inclusion leader to lead Lifeblood’s Multicultural Inclusion Program. In this role you will build trusted partnerships with culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) communities and senior stakeholders, translating community insights into strategy, and driving culturally responsive practices across the organisation. Your approach will be to engage deeply with multicultural communities and external agencies or partners; listening to understand, co ‑ creating solutions, and applying an iterative methodology to implement, test, learn and refine programs. You’ll represent Lifeblood at senior levels, including with both key external agencies and businesses as well as across Lifeblood.
