About The Carrington: A hidden gem on Bourke Street, The Carrington is a true neighbourhood pub serving great food, cold beers, approachable wines and classic cocktails. With indoor and outdoor (dog-friendly) spaces, we’re a go-to local for casual catch-ups, functions and lively weekends. About the Role: We’re looking for an Assistant Venue Manager to support the Venue Manager in driving day-to-day operations. This is a hands-on role, leading from the floor, supporting the team and helping deliver strong service, culture and results.
