Project Manager As a Project Manager within Mercer’s Impact team, you will lead the delivery of complex client projects, initially focused on pension communication strategies, with the ability to support broader reward and benefits communication projects. You will manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery while maintaining high-quality standards. You will act as a key liaison between clients, internal teams, and external vendors, ensuring alignment and client satisfaction. This role requires strong project management expertise, financial acumen, and excellent communication skills, with a focus on professional services delivery. We will rely on you to: Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of communication projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget. Develop detailed project plans, set milestones, and coordinate internal and external resources effectively.
