Job Duties and Responsibilities: - · Sweep and shovel sand - · Setting cores on molding line - · Pattern set up and pattern exchange - · Read and follow process sheets - · Hauling iron - · Core clean up - · Using basic hand, air tools and hand hoists - · Responsible for machine lock out/tag out - · Forklift operation as required Education/Experience Requirements: · Must be at least 18 years old to apply · No previous experience required, we will train you! · No educational requirements · Must be physically able to stand for long periods of time · Must be able to tolerate hot working conditions and a loud environment · Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. · Must be comfortable working in small spaces Shifts: · Must be available to work 10-12 hour shifts · Must be available for overtime as production needs require · Monday – Friday , some Saturdays required Benefits: · Health and Dental Insurance · Life Insurance · Disability Insurance · Paid Vacation and Holidays · 401k plan with generous company match · Opportunity for advancement Neenah Foundry Company and its subsidiaries is an equal opportunity employer and applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, co...
