Production Supervisor

Job Description: Job Summary (Position Description): Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and execution of the production flow in a fast-paced manufacturing plant. Directly supervise 30-40 employees; this includes hiring, training, and annual evaluations. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills that will foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork and cooperation to meet organizational goals. It is also important to have a strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles as well as a working knowledge and understanding of HVAC, brazing, charging, electrical mechanical assembly, and testing. Duties & Tasks: Direct priorities and daily activities of assigned personnel through effective communications. Create and lead a continuous improvement culture focused on eliminating defects through robust root cause and corrective action activities. Lead innovations to current processes and strive for world class, industry leading manufacturing and processes. Manage the objectives and priorities for the manufacturing team.
