The Team: The Specialist Pharmacist team at the Department of Health Tasmania works as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare environment to provide expert clinical pharmacy services that improve patient outcomes. Working closely with medical, nursing, and allied health staff, Specialist Pharmacists contribute advanced clinical knowledge, medication management, and evidence‑based advice in their area of expertise.
