Description Position Number: 355029: The IM/IM-Peds Faculty member actively participates in the development and delivery of the medical school curriculum. The faculty member will also participate in student mentorship, research, and scholarly activity related to Internal Medicine and potentially Pediatrics. This position reports to the Division Chief of Internal Medicine. Academic: Participates in planning, developing, and delivering the curriculum including topics, courses, and methods of instruction in years 1- 4 as assigned. Participates in the instruction and supervision of medical students at all phases of training including didactics, small groups, clinical cases, labs, clinical patient care, simulation training, procedure, and task training, and standardized patient encounters. Assists with the development and implementation of the clinical skills course in the first and second years. Assists with the development and implementation of clerkship experiences in the third and fourth years.
