You will establish quality objectives and oversee the implementation of relevant legal requirements, policies, and procedures. You will also coordinate activities to ensure compliance with quality standards and requirements at a plant level by effectively managing and coordinating the efforts of subordinate specialists. Additionally, serve as the Quality Management Leader for the plant within the IL6S program. How you will contribute: You will lead plant-based teams to deliver on the quality strategy, providing sufficient resources and expertise to appropriate functions. You will manage, lead, coach and develop a team of quality experts to execute regional and global quality programs, ensuring compliance with Mondelēz policies and procedures and adherence to external regional and local food safety/regulatory requirements in internal and external manufacturing locations and facilities.
