"EVERYONE IS FAMILY IN OUR HAUS": Company Vision: Bringing family and friends together to have fun and create memories. Mission: The Camping Advisor is responsible for delivering comprehensive product show-throughs on the customer’s pickup day, promoting essential parts and accessories, following up with customers who did not purchase, and providing top-tier customer care in our store. Schedule: Part-time hours will vary week to week based on operational needs. Flexibility with scheduling, including some Saturdays, is required. Pay: $17-$20/hour plus commission Outcomes: Successful candidates will provide: Delivery Day Experience: - Conduct detailed, hands-on demonstrations of new units on the day customers pick up their RVs o Show customers how to operate and maintain their unit’s features, ensuring they feel confident and comfortable before they leave Sales of Essential Parts & Accessories: - Qualify and gain customer agreement to sell comprehensive, added-value RV solutions including, protection, power, safety & towing, lifestyle, and essential camping accessories tailored to each customer’s specific needs and camping style - Educate customers on how these products enhance their...
