SCOPE OF WORK: The Autodesk Training Specialist is responsible for enabling Gaylor employees to effectively use Autodesk software through hands-on training, field-based support, and applied learning experiences. This role serves as an Autodesk subject matter expert, partnering with project teams and field personnel to ensure consistent, efficient, and correct use of Autodesk tools across job sites and offices. This position focuses less on traditional instructional design and more on practical adoption, real-world application, and on-site coaching to drive productivity and successful project execution. RESPONSIBILITIES: Autodesk Expertise & Training: - Serve as the primary Autodesk subject matter expert for Gaylor - Train employees on how Gaylor uses Autodesk Forma tools (e.g., Build, AutoSpecs, BuidlingConnected, and Insight) - Deliver hands-on, role-specific training sessions in person and virtually - Support project teams during Autodesk rollout and onboarding on active job sites - Coach employees in real-time as they learn and apply Autodesk workflows Field & Job Site Support: - Travel to job sites to assist teams with Autodesk setup, workflows, and best practices - Troubleshoo...
