POSITION SUMMARY: This position supervises the Maintenance Unit of the Facilities Department and provides services necessary to support the Facilities operation of AZ State Courts buildings. Coordinates services for the Maintenance unit, dispatching staff for the repair and maintenance of building systems, carpentry services, plumbing and electrical services, assembly of modular workstations and set-up of rooms for conferences. Performs moderate to difficult in-house tenant improvement projects relating to construction. Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Program qualified employer.
