Job description

Position: ADAS Service Coordinator, remote. Pay $18 - $24 per hour based on experience What You'll Do: - Service Coordination: Analyze ADAS calibration data, create work orders, and coordinate with technicians and repair facilities to ensure efficient service delivery. - Documentation: Utilize automotive service information programs to verify repair requirements and manage internal collision center software for document uploads and billing. - POS Management: Create work orders, add detailed notes, and finalize completed services using internal POS systems. - Audits: Perform regular audits for open work orders to maintain accuracy and efficiency. - Communication: Foster effective communication with internal and external teams to ensure smooth administrative operations. - Customer Service: Build strong relationships with repair center personnel, clearly explaining ADAS recalibration needs and service planning. - Training Participation: Engage in ongoing training sessions and maintain relevant certifications.
