Job DetailsJob Location: Building 1 - Rothschild, WI 54474JOB SUMMARY This position is responsible for supervising Foam Mold Shop, Grinding and Polishing, Cabosil/Grouting, Terrazzo Finishing, Acid Wash, Seal Room, and Building #1 Clean Up. Lead the team to support safety, quality, performance, and schedule execution initiatives in support of Company objectives. Responsibilities also include managing the workforce and providing direction for leads in Buildings 2 & 3. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead, support and execute safety initiatives in pursuit of zero injuries. Sustain and enhance quality performance in compliance of prints and product standards. Create and monitor production goals to lead performance in achievement of objectives and schedule execution. Generate and implement continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency. Effective and timely communication with the team and support areas to collaborate and achieve results. Understand and improve production processes and support process documentation.
