What you will experience in this position: As a Fabrication Machine Operator at nVent Management Company, you will be at the heart of our manufacturing operations, working in a dynamic and collaborative environment. You will: - Load and unload material and parts from the assigned machine - Assist the machine operator lead in producing various parts - Safely operate forklifts and overhead cranes with precision and care - Ensure detailed execution of tasks to maintain high-quality standards - Adapt to frequent changes, delays, or unexpected challenges with ease - Work both independently and as part of a team to meet production goals - Take initiative to identify and implement process improvements You have: - High school diploma or equivalent experience - Preferred, but not required, experience in a manufacturing or machine operation role - Strong attention to detail and a dedication to accuracy - Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environm...
