Meaningful Work From Day One: In this role, you will be responsible for endtoend order management across assigned markets, ensuring operational excellence, strong stakeholder relationships, and timely, accurate execution of all customer service activities. You will play a key role in supporting supply chain processes, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining exceptional service levels for our customers. This is an office/hybrid role (4 days a week at Warsaw office, Fridays working from home) What You Can Expect: Customer Service: - Be a single point of contact for dedicated international business customers and distributors. - Respond to customer requests and queries related to their orders and logistics (mainly via email). - Be a contact for distributors, build strong relationships and become trusted advisor in supply chain and order management areas. - Communicate with logistics providers and supply chain partners concerning order status inquiries. - Cooperate wi...
