Role: Are you a structured problem-solver with real operating experience - ready to accelerate your trajectory in strategy? This is an apprenticeship-style role for high-performers who already have strong business fundamentals and want to deepen their judgement, client presence, and strategic depth inside a live advisory environment. As as Strategy Associate, you'll partner with our Business Advisors to diagnose real businesses, uncover root constraints, and shape high-leverage growth strategies. You'll prepare and pressure-test recommendations ahead of boardroom-style advisory sessions, participate in live workshops, and translate strategic direction into clear, execution-ready plans and consulting-quality assets. Responsibilities: Business Insights and Data Analysis: Conduct client discovery calls and business diagnostics. Interpret data from consulting sessions, market research, and client materials to determine best growth trajectory for each client.
