Job description

Overview We are seeking an experienced Change Lead to support a major global supply chain transformation programme within a large, complex organisation. This role will lead structured change activities across multiple markets and functions, ensuring readiness, adoption, and successful deployment of new supply chain processes, systems, and ways of working. You will work closely with the Change Manager, Programme leadership, functional SMEs, and market teams to deliver impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, communications, and training that enable the business to adopt new operating models at scale. Responsibilities: - Lead and deliver change across multiple supply chain workstreams or a medium‑sized programme within a global transformation environment - Conduct Change Impact Assessments, stakeholder mapping, communications planning, and training needs analysis specifically aligned to supply chain processes (e.g., forecasting, replenishment, logistics, warehouse operations, inventory, planning, order management). - Ensure change plans align with programme milestones, deployment waves, and cross‑functional dependencies in the supply chain. - Support go‑live, hypercare, and BAU tr...
