BRIEF DESCRIPTION: The Regional Health and Safety Manager (RHSM) is responsible for overseeing all aspects of safety and advancing safety maturity across two or more assigned regions. This individual will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing Safety programs and initiatives to ensure compliance with BluSky Health & Safety procedures as well as local, state, and federal regulatory requirements. This role serves as a strategic partner to Regional Vice Presidents, Branch Leadership and Operations teams to ensure safety is embedded into daily decision making and recognized as a core business value. The position will report to the BluSky Director of Safety with strong partnerships with Regional Vice Presidents and Support Team Leaders. Position will require frequent travel (up to 50%) to visit job sites.
