Job DetailsJob Location: Watsonville, CA 95076Salary Range: $25.00 - $25.00 HourlyJob Summary: We currently have a full-time Residential Counselor opening at our Casa Pacific site, located in Watsonville. Reporting to the Program Manager, under close supervision, the role of the counselor is to provide support and assistance to clients in planning and attaining their goals. Special focus will be on the client’s needs related to the housing, physical health, issues of chemical dependency and mental health, stabilization of income, and reentry back into the community. Services will be delivered with dignity and respect for each individual resident. This position is scheduled to cover 7:00am-3:00pm and 2:00pm-10:00pm shifts. Duties & Responsibilities: Establish a close working relationship with residents in the program. Perform clinical duties, which will include individual counseling and facilitating house meetings and groups. Assist clients in crisis situations.
