The TikTok LIVE team is looking for an enthusiastic LIVE Agency Operations Intern to support the team. This is a fixed term opportunity (approximately 6 months) that will support the growth of TikTok LIVE agencies in Spain.: What you will be doing: - Support the business development team in agency recruitment incl. lead generation initiatives, organizing open day events, supporting agency onboarding through SOPs and contract support - Support rookie agencies in their growth through the basic understanding of TikTok LIVE by guiding them across operational topics and training them on policies and education & growth tools available - Provide strategic guidance to agencies with regards to variety and quality of content verticals Who are you?: - Highly adaptable and quick learner - A kind team player with strong communication skills - Results-driven with strong data analysis skills and comfortable in a high-growth environment - Creative and highly motivated to absorb and learn
