What You’ll Do: Administer medications and provide routine daily nursing care based on residents’ plans of care. Observe and communicate residents’ condition to the Nurse Supervisor (RN), Director of Nursing, or physician as needed. Mentor and model professional nursing practices for neighborhood/household staff. Promote a person-centered, resident-directed culture in alignment with regulatory requirements.
