About the Role: Job Summary The Payroll and Accounting Tax Analyst is responsible for analyzing and managing payroll and financial management systems to ensure accurate payroll and 1099 processing and tax compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations. The Payroll and Accounting Tax Analyst is responsible for maintaining payroll integrity, resolving tax discrepancies, and supporting audits and reporting requirements and identifying process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and achieve business objectives through forecasting, risk management, and assets management.
