Home Health Aide - Certified Nurse Aide, 8am-4:30pm Department: Home & CBS: Employment Type: Full Time: Location: Holland, MI: Reporting To: Tami Loyd: Compensation: $18.87 - $20.43 / hour Description: Schedule : 40 hours per week | Monday – Friday | 8:00 am – 4:30 pm Department: Home Care | LifeCircles PACE | Holland, MI What You'll Do In This Role: LifeCircles PACE is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) team. In this role, you will provide vital in-home care and support that empowers older adults to remain safely in their homes while maintaining their dignity and independence. Key Responsibilities: Provide Hands-On Care in Their Home – Assist with personal care (ADLS) like bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting while following the participant's Life Plan. Maintain Comfort & Care – Support housekeeping tasks such as laundry, sweeping, and grocery shopping Support Mealtime– Help participants enjoy their meals and stay hydrated for good health.
