POSITION OVERVIEW: The Engineering Technician serves as the Contracting Officer's technical representative, supporting construction projects by preparing key project documents such as estimates, Statements of Work (SoW), and Statements of Objectives (SoO). The role is responsible for inspecting and evaluating construction activities to ensure contractors meet all plans, specifications, and phasing requirements, while maintaining clear communication and coordination with project stakeholders.
