UX Designer (Level 2)

Job description

Position overview The UX Designer (Level 2) reports to the User Experience (UX) Lead and plays a crucial role in contributing to the user experience design across various projects, including web and mobile applications, and stand-alone desktop applications. Job responsibilities: - Contribute to ACER projects, providing UX design expertise in alignment with project requirements. - Design and deliver wireframes, prototypes, user journeys and collaborate with UI designers to create high-fidelity designs that align with user-centric design principles. - Use evidence-based design methodologies and tools to inform user interface design and user experience activities. - Plan and conduct usability testing sessions and gather feedback from stakeholders to improve existing designs and validate design concepts. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product owners, and developers to ensure a cohesive and user-centred design approach. - Effectively communicate design ideas and decisions to developers and stakeholders by substantiating them with clear and compelling evidence, facilitating a shared understanding of design goals. - Contribute to internal documentation, de...
