Job Overview: As a Fragrance Team Leader your focus is to drive sales and service the customer across the Fragrance department(s). You are responsible for sharing your extensive product knowledge and developing and motivating a team of colleagues to deliver excellent customer service and meet sales goals. You will also partner with the Sales and Customer Experience Manager and beauty vendors to execute company and store-based events to achieve sales goals. Full-time colleagues are typically scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week, while part-time colleagues are typically scheduled 12-24 hours per week.
