Job Description: The Compliance Officer/Senior Legal Counsel, Compliance (CO) strategically and operationally leads the development, implementation and management of the Bristow Group’s compliance program. The CO ensures compliance with all relevant and applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures in a manner that continually supports the business and its operations. The CO will promote a culture of integrity and ethical decision-making throughout the organization. The CO will routinely communicate to the Audit Committee, Senior Management Team and operating units on the program’s activities and effectiveness. The position has responsibility for designing and implementing compliance programs, policies, and procedures throughout the organization that are effective and efficient in identifying, preventing, detecting and correcting noncompliance with applicable laws and regulations. The position reports directly to the Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary and supports the Executive Leadership Team.
