Position Summary The Senior Project Manager – Utility Scale PV is responsible to provide effective leadership by managing all aspects of a portfolio of projects including quality, timeliness, and profitability. The Senior Project Manager will take on larger and more complex projects, possess a higher level of experience than peers, and assumes more decision-making responsibilities in daily tasks. Incumbents will manage, collaborate with, train, and provide guidance to other team members and developing Project Managers. Terrasmart Project Management leadership roles are a critical component in the business’s success and generally manage an average of 20 projects at any time, requiring an advanced mastery of project scheduling, budget management, and customer service. This role creates an environment that models and ensures best-in-class level of customer experience, for every project, regardless of size, scope, or geography. *No sponsorship opportunity available for this position.
