Job Overview: Management of all phases of Leak Detection & Repair (LDAR) project activities that range from small to large in value and a variety of scopes that include operations/personnel management. Directs and prepares work plans, supervises project team, and manages project scope, budget, and schedule. Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities: - Functions as direct supervisor to a team of approximately 6 technical staff - Works with multiple client representatives to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction. - Represents the company to clients and maintains client relationship, often solving complex problems with innovative solutions.
