Description SUMMARY OF POSITION: The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning business objectives with employees and management. The HRBP acts as a consultant on human resource-related issues, providing guidance and support across staff development, employee relations, and performance management. The HRBP plays a vital role in supporting the mission of the YMCA by aligning human resources strategies with the organization’s values and program goals. This role acts as a trusted advisor to leadership, helping to foster a positive, inclusive, and mission-driven workplace culture. The HRBP assists in ensuring HR practices uphold equity, compliance, and long-term organizational sustainability.
