About the role The role holder supports the local and country Management Teams with their key people/HR challenges and holds the responsibility for all employees in the Netherlands and one production facility in Malle, Belgium. He/she leverages and liaises with his/her other HR colleagues in Belgium and globally to deliver the desired outcome The role holder will be required to understand the people strategy set by the HR Director and is responsible for executing HR activities within the respective organizations in Zundert (NL), Nuth (NL) and Malle (BE). The main workplace will be in Malle and Zundert, with a regular presence in our other sites to collaborate with the local HR and management teams. This role holds the end responsibility of HR in the Netherlands and is site HR Manager/HR Business Partner for Malle (BE).
