What You Will Be Doing: We are seeking a Team Leader I, Quality to oversee quality control operations across all production shifts. This role ensures adherence to product specifications and standards by managing quality assurance and sample inspection teams, coordinating with cross-functional departments, and supporting new product introductions. Responsibilities include processing quality orders, analyzing data trends, leading continuous improvement initiatives, delivering quality training, and resolving production quality issues. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, analytical skills, and a commitment to operational excellence.
