This is a fully on-site role from our Istanbul HQ office. About the role: Organize and deliver induction and new product launch trainings for field teams. Facilitate On-The-Job Training sessions with business partners to enhance real-time learning. Support the execution of Dyson Academy programs, including logistics, content delivery, and post-training follow-up. Lead training sessions in the field to strengthen product experience for Dyson Experts and Stylists. Collaborate with global and local teams to adapt training content to Turkey’s market dynamics.
