Description At Nevada Heart and Vascular Center (NHVC), the Technical Revenue Operations Manager, under the direction of the Vice President of Revenue Cycle Operations, is responsible for building, monitoring, and maintaining all revenue-related system interfaces that enable clean and timely data flow across NHVC, hospital partners, and vendors. This role serves as the technical lead for integrations with AthenaOne, HybridChart, hospital ADT feeds, and other third-party platforms, ensuring interface accuracy, security, and stability. The Manager also develops and maintains the analytic infrastructure that supports revenue cycle optimization, including allowable methodologies and contract interpretation, payer variance reviews, and leadership dashboards. Acting as both technical liaison and project manager, this role coordinates with hospital IT, external vendors, and internal departments to implement new technologies, resolve integration errors, and provide actionable data insights that safeguard financial performance.
