Job Description We have an exciting opportunity for an API Production Lead (AD Operations) for our site in Ballydine, Co. Tipperary, to direct day-to-day operations of the API Factory01 facility and its associated finishing facility. The role is responsible for ensuring safe, compliant, efficient production that meets quality, budgetary and scheduling targets. You will lead a multidisciplinary team and be responsible for key quality subsystems. This is a fantastic and high-profile opportunity to join a team at a significant moment for the site. Role Profile: - As a member of the API Integrated Process (IP) Leadership Team, responsible for strategy development and implementation. - Lead daily API and finishing facility operations to meet production schedules and quality standards. - Prepare and manage the API operating budget (utilities, waste disposal, maintenance, supplies); monitor performance vs. targets and act to meet the profit plan. - Ensure compliance with site, divisional and corporate safety standards; investigate and remediate safety incidents.
