In this role, you will be responsible for cross-organization initiatives working with teams across Ford: business, design, product, system engineering, software development, testing, safety, regulatory, calibration, release, and quality. Ideal candidates will have experienced multiple product cycles involving software and services, including up-and down-stream dependencies. What you'll do... Partner with key stakeholders to define, scope, prioritize and deliver major strategic initiatives that span multiple teams and multiple organizations across Ford. Understand the needs of stakeholders across the company and influence as appropriate to achieve alignment on the prioritized initiatives.
