Manufacturing Engineering Manager | Wiring Team Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) Mobility, Surveillance & Bombers (MS&B) is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead the Wiring Team within our Production Engineering organization in Tukwila, WA . This role is responsible for driving manufacturing process improvements, supporting production activities, and ensuring the efficient fabrication, assembly, installation, and testing of wiring harnesses, electrical assemblies, and related components. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership experience, a deep understanding of wiring and electrical manufacturing processes, and a proven ability to improve quality, reduce cost, and support on-time delivery in a fast-paced aerospace or high-precision manufacturing environment. Position Responsibilities: This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.
