Delegate Account Executive – GHI Hybrid (Dartford, 3 days in office) The salary is up to £30,000 (DOE) plus commission and company benefits . A retention-led, relationship-driven commercial role within a premium international aviation events portfolio. Are you passionate about sales, relationship building, and delivering exceptional customer experiences? We are looking for a Delegate Account Executive to join our high-performing, respected commercial team delivering premium international aviation and ground handling events. This role is ideal for someone in their first or second sales position who is serious about building a long-term career in consultative sales. You will take full responsibility for delegate retention across a portfolio of 5 global aviation conferences and 1 large scale exhibition, working closely with the Commercial Director to manage rebooking strategies both pre-event and onsite.
