Preventative Maintenance Technician

Description Two PM Techs are needed for our night shift from 7:00 pm - 7:00 am. Candidates possessing additional electrical skills would bring significant value to the team. The Preventative Maintenance Technician plans and coordinates preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation equipment. This role works cooperatively with production staff to troubleshoot problems that inhibit the safe and efficient operation of the company's manufacturing lines. Duties/Responsibilities: - Completing tasks on the daily and weekly preventative maintenance task list. - Performs routine maintenance on building systems. - Inspects and identifies equipment or machines in need of repair. - Prioritize breakdowns based on input from maintenance and production leadership. - Troubleshoots issues to determine necessary repairs. - Performs general repairs that do not require a specialized technician. - Cleans and assists with upkeep of the facilities. - Complete basic work orders as assigned. - Ensure work orders are completed in a timely fashion and all parts are accounted for. - Performs other related duties as assigned.
