Posting Title: Member Services Assistant: How will this role have an impact? Under the supervision of the Member Services Manager, the Member Services Assistant provides follow-up calls and mailings to members regarding previous appointments; fills requests of members, and answers a high volume of internal calls. Creating Internal requests for further follow up, upon request. The Member Services Assistant is responsible for adding accurate notes for future follow-up by Signify health and/or Health Plans. Works diligently to meet department goals. The Signify Health Member Services department operates 6 days a week / 11 hours per day.
