Job description

Department: Utilities Reports to: Director of Public Works/Utilities Summary: Under general supervision, manages the personnel, facilities, and equipment for the operation and maintenance of the City's water and wastewater treatment plants and Field Services operations of the Utilities division ; checks the departments permits and emergency response programs for compliance with state and federal standards; monitors operations and budgets, and develops policy and procedures revisions ; monitors the maintenance and repair of the distribution and collection systems, and maintenance of the water distribution and water metering systems and equipment .
