Job DetailsJob Location: Arden Hills Location - Arden Hills, MN 55126Salary Range: $36.40 - $50.23 HourlyThe Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) is responsible for the comprehensive evaluation and treatment of an individual’s speech, language, and communication-interaction skills. The SLP will demonstrate professional competency in evaluation and treatment using special instruments, qualitative and quantitative assessment methods, such as; standardized tests to analyze and diagnose the nature and extent of language and communication impairments. The SLP will demonstrate competency in accurate reporting of evaluation findings, progress/status, and discharge documentation. The SLP will demonstrate competency in demonstrating medical necessity within documentation when submitting claims for reimbursement. The SLP is responsible for ethical counsel to individuals and their families concerning language and communication disorders; how to cope, critical review of literature and treatment methodologies, and treatment strategies and home program suggestions.
